The Concord is the proposed council of human worlds. Its circular-table imagery reflects the series’ emphasis on cooperation across national backgrounds and settlements, rather than rule by one hero or one company.

CIVILIZATIONS & MAKERS / CHAPTER 01
A table without a permanent head
The bible proposes a round-table structure and a rotating chair. Those details express the larger direction: communities cooperate without organizing every decision around national supremacy. The exact constitution remains developmental. The named leaders provide viewpoints rather than a list of confirmed actors or a final government roster.

CIVILIZATIONS & MAKERS / CHAPTER 02
A shared crisis does not erase local needs
Earth's evacuation, Mars's defense and the responsibilities of a ring habitat are not identical problems. A useful political scene allows those differences to matter while still reaching a collective decision. The Concord gives the story a place to show cooperation as work, not a slogan that makes disagreements vanish.

CIVILIZATIONS & MAKERS / CHAPTER 03
Companies are contributors, not sovereigns
Anil and Cyborg technology can be important without replacing public institutions. The proposed settlement places civilian leadership at the center of political decisions. This boundary also keeps the film's brand presence from turning the entire universe into a corporate advertisement. Final offices and population figures remain under development.
The Countermove is the developing climax’s change of direction: humanity learns not only to threaten with powerful technology, but to control the outcome and leave room for surrender. The intended resolution is not the destruction of the Orvaan worlds.

DESIGN NOTES
The visual language.
FORM & FEEL
Form follows the story.
A round chamber, equal sightlines and the absence of a throne communicate the design. Final council portraits and architecture are not all locked.
CANON BOUNDARY
What the story does—and does not—claim.
Working name, membership and constitution. Do not confuse a fictional council with a real organization or assign unapproved planetary populations.
Does a single present-day country lead all humanity?
The approved direction rejects that framing in favor of a broad ensemble.
Is Aliens Inc the government?
No. Corporate and civilian institutions are separate.
Is the exact Concord structure finalized?
It remains a political framework proposal.
Are the images and videos final movie footage?
No. The photographs are development artwork and the short videos are silent motion studies assembled from that artwork. They are labelled on the page. Final character portraits, scene performances and production-ready effects are not implied.
