IDENTITY

Beyond the first impression.

The film imagines Teegarden b as an ocean-covered world of floating cities, marine farms and linked districts. This is a fictional settlement design built around a real exoplanet name.

WORLDS & HABITATS / CHAPTER 01

A city without ordinary ground

Water changes the assumptions behind a home. The film's ocean-world treatment invites questions about movement, maintenance and how people gather when the ground is not a fixed landscape. Those questions can shape visual details and everyday scenes. The setting is fiction; the site does not claim the actual exoplanet has a global ocean or inhabited floating cities.

WORLDS & HABITATS / CHAPTER 02

Work, rescue and weather

An ocean civilization can show Cyborg technology in jobs far removed from a space battle. Inspection, transport and emergency response make intelligent machines part of an inhabited environment. Specific weather systems and engineering values remain to be designed. The current images are references, with character identities retained rather than relabeling an Anil portrait as someone else.

WORLDS & HABITATS / CHAPTER 03

One home in a larger network

Elias's proposed political role connects this location to the Concord. A world with different local needs can still recognize a shared threat and contribute to collective survival. The setting's narrative value is not a list of invented dimensions; it is a way to show that cooperation does not require every community to live in the same way.

Worlds in Motion

Worlds in Motion explores the homes beyond Earth: twilight cities, ocean settlements, winged travel, an artificial ring and a sunless world with engineered warmth. It shows what the civilization values before focusing on what threatens it.

DESIGN NOTES

The visual language.

Form follows the story.

Teal water, long bridges, translucent underwater structures, boats and approaching weather establish a distinct visual world. Context images show maritime life rather than claiming a real planetary photograph.

CANON BOUNDARY

What the story does—and does not—claim.

The ocean, atmosphere and inhabited cities are fictional. The page does not assert that current astronomy has measured these exact conditions.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions, answered.

Is the ocean setting an established real-world fact?

No. It is a fictional development choice for the film.

Who represents the world in the working cast?

Elias Brandt is the proposed Chancellor associated with it.

Are the floating cities final designs?

They remain development concepts, not released production environments.

Are the images and videos final movie footage?

No. The photographs are development artwork and the short videos are silent motion studies assembled from that artwork. They are labelled on the page. Final character portraits, scene performances and production-ready effects are not implied.
