IDENTITY

Beyond the first impression.

The orbital dock is the working environment around The Human's fleet: a place for preparation, transfer, repair and departure. It is infrastructure rather than an individual ship, included here because ships need a world that supports them.

LANDMARKS / CHAPTER 01

Before the dramatic launch

A departure becomes believable when the audience has seen a little of the work behind it. Docking approaches, equipment checks and people moving between tasks make a fleet feel maintained rather than conjured. The existing orbital artwork provides a visual anchor for that environment. It is not a final architectural plan.

LANDMARKS / CHAPTER 02

Movement without a fixed floor in space

The setting's motion rules mean that rendezvous and docking are relative operations. The website's rotating model is an inspection aid rather than a literal simulation of a dock's orbit. This distinction leaves room for cinematic framing while keeping the underlying story from treating space as a room where everything can simply stop.

LANDMARKS / CHAPTER 03

A meeting place for the ensemble

Pilots, engineers, rescue crews and intelligent ships can encounter one another here without the scene feeling forced. A dock can hold humor, tension and preparation before a crisis. The site does not invent a proper station name or claim that every existing hangar image belongs to one location; those remain environment-development decisions.

Worlds in Motion

Open sequence dossier ↗

Worlds in Motion explores the homes beyond Earth: twilight cities, ocean settlements, winged travel, an artificial ring and a sunless world with engineered warmth. It shows what the civilization values before focusing on what threatens it.

DESIGN NOTES

The visual language.

Form follows the story.

Preparation, loading and repair make a fleet environment feel maintained. The ring study is related infrastructure geometry, not a final dock plan.

CANON BOUNDARY

What the story does—and does not—claim.

This is orbital infrastructure, not a ship or planet. No final station name, orbital location or dedicated production model is claimed.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions, answered.

Is the dock a spacecraft?

It is orbital infrastructure, not a named individual ship.

Is its location finalized?

A single final orbital location is not asserted in this dossier.

Why include it as a page?

It explains the support systems and everyday work behind the fleet.

Are the images and videos final movie footage?

No. The photographs are development artwork and the short videos are silent motion studies assembled from that artwork. They are labelled on the page. Final character portraits, scene performances and production-ready effects are not implied.
