CHARACTERS / CHAPTER 01
Cities on an imagined ocean
The story's Teegarden setting is a speculative ocean world with floating settlements. Elias's role should make those settlements feel inhabited rather than merely beautiful. Movement, food production and shared infrastructure give a political leader concrete responsibilities. The existence of this fictional civilization is not an astronomical claim about the real exoplanet.

CHARACTERS / CHAPTER 02
A coalition of different needs
Cooperation becomes more interesting when every world cannot contribute in the same way. Elias can represent a population whose transport and rescue practices differ from those on Mars or Haven. The bible does not yet lock a particular resource contribution, and this page does not invent one as fact. It establishes the kind of questions his presence brings to a shared decision.

An unfinished biography, a clear function
The working name and office are documented; personal history, casting and final dialogue are not. Keeping that distinction visible avoids using a detailed-looking page to create accidental canon. His current gallery shows environmental and mission references, with Anil's identity preserved wherever Anil appears. A dedicated portrait must be a separate visual-development decision.
Worlds in Motion explores the homes beyond Earth: twilight cities, ocean settlements, winged travel, an artificial ring and a sunless world with engineered warmth. It shows what the civilization values before focusing on what threatens it.

DESIGN NOTES
The visual language.
FORM & FEEL
Form follows the story.
Floating districts, marine farms and storm horizons provide the page’s imagery. The photographs are contextual world concepts rather than an actor portrait.
CANON BOUNDARY
What the story does—and does not—claim.
The ocean-covered version of Teegarden b is fictional worldbuilding, not an established description of the real planet.
No. The ocean civilization is a fictional treatment within the film universe.
Is Elias an actor announcement?
No. Elias Brandt is a working fictional character name.
Does he belong to the Concord?
His proposed political role places him within that developing multi-world ensemble.
Are the images and videos final movie footage?
No. The photographs are development artwork and the short videos are silent motion studies assembled from that artwork. They are labelled on the page. Final character portraits, scene performances and production-ready effects are not implied.
