THE HUMAN / INTERACTIVE FLEET STUDY

Built for a different purpose.

A distinct visual study for this vessel role. Inspect the parts or view all three rendered angles without JavaScript.

This study makes the proposed ice-carrying role visible through paired cylindrical cargo forms hanging below a narrow structural spine. The forward control block and outboard radiator banks distinguish the freighter from both the carrier and cruiser. It belongs to the developing Mass Bank logistics idea, not a finalized transport service. Separate the cargo layer to see the visual logic; no exact ice mass, tank volume or Gate-accounting law is claimed.

NOT FINAL FILM HARDWARE
Ice Freighter rendered web concept, not a final film model

Interactive study loads near the viewport. All rendered views and source information remain available without 3D.

Hull & silhouette

A narrow spine and raised forward block support the idea of a ship arranged around cargo rather than passenger spaces.

Lateral structures

Two paired panel banks extend beyond the cargo silhouette.

Drive forms

Two stern pods complete the directional layout of the web study.

Mission spaces

Ten cylindrical modules are an artistic representation of the proposed return cargo. They are not finalized pressure-vessel designs or capacity figures.

SHIPS & FLEET / CHAPTER 01

Ice Freighter

This is a way to make the Gate network more than a magical doorway. Travel can depend on logistics, accounting and the state of the system. A loaded freighter may therefore matter to an evacuation as much as a faster passenger ship.

The story continues

The balance rule and its physical interpretation remain speculative story material. No exact freighter design, company service or canonical vessel name has been approved. The page is labelled as a concept so the proposed industry does not silently become an established part of the screenplay.

DESIGN NOTES

The visual language.

Form follows the story.

A modular cargo interpretation of the human carrier gives a starting point for design discussion. Gallery images are fleet context, not a finalized ice-freighter exterior.

CANON BOUNDARY

What the story does—and does not—claim.

The Mass Bank is a fictional extension of speculative Gate physics, not a validated transport technology.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions, answered.

What is Ice Freighter in The Human?

The Ice Freighter is a proposed logistics role connected to the Mass Bank idea. In that story concept, outward passenger traffic is balanced by returning material such as ice.

How does Ice Freighter connect to the wider story?

This dossier connects with Mass Bank, The Span, Human Carrier. Follow the related dossiers for the distinct roles, settings and limitations; a shared image is context, not proof that two characters are the same person.

Are the images and videos final movie footage?

No. The photographs are development artwork and the short videos are silent motion studies assembled from that artwork. They are labelled on the page. Final character portraits, scene performances and production-ready effects are not implied.

What is still provisional about Ice Freighter?

The Mass Bank is a fictional extension of speculative Gate physics, not a validated transport technology.
